Can a Georgia Juvenile Judge order a psychological evaluation?

My daughter broke into a school gymnasium and was placed on probation with a suspended sentence. She violated her sanctions (school suspension and failed drug test) and is now incarcerated. When she is released, the judge is ordering that she is evaluated by a state Psychologist. I already have plans to get her into counseling. I have insurance that will cover the expenses and informed the court prior to this order that I was going to place her in treatment. Is this order legal and why would the court order this?

You have obviously tried to get your point across already with little success. Try a third party like counseling. She is doing the children a disservice by treating them as friends rather then being an adult authority.

my current girlfriend went through all the legal proceedings here in Michigan and her boyfriend had a specific amount of time to get all his stuff out and was told to get it all cuz he couldn't come back again. he left behind a trailer and wants it now. is this legal for him to take with trailer in his name, or is it hers now?

Alright rewind time about 5 years ago. I saw this girl. I never seen a girl EVER Like her. It's not like she was like impeccably flawless. She was beautiful to me you know? But to everybody else she was average.When I first met her she was 17 I was 18. But anyway. This might sound a little mushy....But it was like I felt a real connection and vibe with her. I never felt like that towards a female like that. I lost touch with her over the years. I think she had a boyfriend back then. Fast forward 4 years later I'm 23 years old. Met a lot females.
