Abandon property in boyfriend/girlfriend relationship?

my current girlfriend went through all the legal proceedings here in Michigan and her boyfriend had a specific amount of time to get all his stuff out and was told to get it all cuz he couldn't come back again. he left behind a trailer and wants it now. is this legal for him to take with trailer in his name, or is it hers now?
