Is 39hz too low for most subwoofers?

I'm writing a song in the key of E-flat, and I'm adding a deep b drum. To keep it in tune with the song, I'd have to tune it to 38.89hz. Can the speakers in most nightclubs make this low note? How about car subwoofers? Am I better off tuning the b drum to 77.78hz (one octave above) ?
