So far you have it in order after RN is Nurse Practitioner which is someone who is also qualified to ume some of the duties formerly umed only by a physician.After that I think it is management which takes you away from the patients. Don't rule out careers in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Industries. Examples: Bioinformatics, Regulatory Affairs, Research, Marketing, Business Development, Culinary Science, Nutritional Science, Animation, etc......... Good Luck
