Why is Obamas paster The Rev. Wright aloud to curse America with no penalty?

back in 1807 army 1st Lt.Phillip Nolan who bitterly renounced America. was put into exile on a warship from one to another until he died, never to set foot on American soil again. my question is why after rev.
