K, several ?'s. About hair and my mother and stuff. ?

K, homecoming is in a few weeks. And I'm going to get this pretty dress, jewlery, etc. But, my mom is anti-me-having-a-social-life. So, I need advice on ways I can "be good" so when I ask, she'll say yes. And about my hair, it's blonde, and it's slightly past my jawline, aand it's real thick. So any suggestions on a do for homecoming?
