7wks pregnant no heartbeat found yet :(?

I went to the doctor for a sonogram counting from my period I should be 7 weeks pregnant .. But the doctors don't know if there a heart beat ... I have another sonogram next week and the also did a blood test and I'm worried about what the results might bring has anyone else experienced this ? I'm really nervous
