Collected as much as I can now what?

An arrest was made for an attempted burglary and I feel that it is a wrongful accusation. The only evidence that may convict, is that the accused had on his persons a pocket knife and a screwdriver. Both of which are used in his occupation as an electrician. I have obtained a CAD report, the 911 call, the police report and taken photos of the alleged crime scene. There are discrepancies in the police report as well as the CAD report. I am currently collecting witness statements and having them notarized. Is there more that can be done?
