Is she pretty much gone now....?

My friend has been in and out of the hospital for 2 years now with leukemia. She was looking good then all of a sudden it took a horrible turn for the worse and she had to be rehospitalized they found fungus in her lungs. She is now in a coma (that she went into her self) The doctors gave her medicine so her bones wouldn't tense up and her body is filling with to much fluid. She's not going to the bathroom and there afraid that it will hurt her kidneys. Is it pretty much over for her? Is she gone? I am so distraught right now it's not funny.
