Why do most East Asians look down on Black people?

I haven't really experienced this. I get along well with most of the younger Asians I've met, and most of the older ones, if they have any racial opinion at all, pretty much just stick with other Asians (and even then with the older ones it's Japanese with Japanese, Chinese with Chinese, etc.). I've never met an Asian person who "loved" white people just for being white. In fact, every Asian person I've met, regardless of age, is *extremely* proud of being Asian and would never want to be anything else.
