How do I break my lease without permission or subleasing? I didn't know my apt. was put together by glue.?

I've living at this apt. on campus with my boyfriend for almost 5 mons. and within that time our pipes have burst 3xs, there is a hole in the wall behing the pipes from them fixing it so many xs. Our ceiling above our shower fell down this morning and they have still yet to come fix it and there is insulation showing. We constantly find roaches running around. I recently found out that they laid the carper down on a thick layer of dirt because everytime I vac a little section the thing is already full. Our air conditioner has broke twice. And I have fallen down the stairs 3xs hurting my knees because its a metal, tight spiral staircase and some of the step are not secured properly. There are also people the walk by and dig through everyone's trash in the dumpster and no one has done anything about it. How do I leave this sh*t hole without any weight on my shoulders?? Please help me because I can't take the stress of it anymore.
